Some enlightening information in Nov. 20 meeting circular
It appears to me that preparations are being made now for the handover to DML. As Mary quite succinctly points out, approval of the recommendations by the Board, will in effect allow them to do anything they want. Like Mary, I would suggest that this may be one of your last opportunities to stop this ridiculous and brazen overstepping of a Chairman who is running this company like his personal fifedom.
A few side observations.
Ray Ashley hasn't mentioned the word "sandstone" or "unconformity" for 7 months when he stepped aside to let Sam do his thing. His enthusiasm for the A!B conductor is baffling. The fact that he had to clarify his recent news release to say that "oh yes, we will drill updip and downdip of the mineralized lines at JR", makes me so certain that he will manage to "avoid" sandstone mineralization, that I will send him a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle if he hits 5 or 10 meters of 50% U3O8 in the sandstone.
Is there anybody amongst Dev's"friends/business associates" that will put an end to the schitzopheric ramblings of his two personalities on this discussion Board? I suggest that this duo's main purpose is to drive adult and sensible criticism off the main page of the discussion Board.
Some points from Information Circular:
Changes to the quorum requirements. Previously, at least 2 shareholders holding at least 25% of shares was required for a quorum. Company is asking to change this to at least 2 shareholders holding 10% of shares.
Dev's compensation for the period was $695,667, including a bonus of $403,500. On Apr 6, Dev was "granted" 1.5 million compensation securities.
Ray's compensation for the period was $445,384, including a bonus of $280,000. On Apr. 6, Ray was "granted 1.35 million compensation shares.
Sam Hartman exercised 265,000 options at 0.19 and 266,667 restricted share units. I'm not sure if Sam is still active with the company or if he was just a casual employee.
On April 10 John Je Joie was awarded 1,000,000 options (conversion price .33)
On Apr. 6 Terrence Osier was awarded 1,000,000 options (conversion price 0.33)
There is much more, but you should read it for yourself. Its astounding. Watch the price action of FCU, DML and FUU. Dark trades are fascinating to watch and make you realize you're just along for the ride.

@Karen308 - The post "Lights......Camera...." is an attempt to discredit FUU and its officers based on the officers race so I forwarded the post to the Department of Canadian Heritage. Further, if you don't cease and desist with the racial slander then I will email the post and make a complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission.

@ Karen308 - If a case is brought it wouldn't be by me but by the Canadian anti racism authorities. I simply e-mailed them the post to make them aware of it. They might dismiss it or pursue it - I cann't answer that. They could even censure or reprimand Stockhouse - I don't know.
