F3 shareholders already own 100% of F4. Why give it away?

When I think of it selling all those properties for pennies is a great deal for Dev Ranhawa; not so much for F3 shareholders. We already own 100% of the properties - why give them away?

Depending on how many shares are issued for F4 1:10 could be very thin gruel for F3 shareholders considering we 100% lose ownership of so many promising properties.

So far my vote is no. We need more info or a better deal.

@ Clemxb - Your photo is 100% befitting as you are the pinnacle of mental acuity except for one thing.  Shareholders are going to vote yes because they understand that they will make money on the transaction.  But yea, you're a funny guy so report back to us when you discover more info.

Who owns the majority of shares? Dev?

@ Clemxb7  -  Ok.  You make yourself clear now.  Eventhough F3 shareholders will make money of the transaction, you're against it because Dev is a shareholder and he's going to make money on the transaction too.
