The markets have been a little shaky and we have seen a little bit of selling I say little as we have had millions bought much higher, even at this level every sale has a buyer. Which is where a person publicly questioning a company posing as a share holder comes in, they are buying.

The deprecation here has been minimal as we are near the bottom. If there is indeed a roll back that would put us in a pretty healthy position shares out wise given the magnitude of projects we are involved in, but I suspect if this is stated in the annual it is most likely included as most companies do these days to hedge off shorting activities.

We should be hearing more soon.

It's like how the old saying goes....For every trade there is a winner and a loser....Now which one is which!This news on the RS, will it be discussed at a meeting? I haven't received anything yet! Do we have a time line?I'm not selling yet, waiting for news first.

The way it reads is that they are wanting to pass a resolution for the Directors to have sole discretion to consolidate at 6 to 1 or less in the future, it also says if given the discretion to do so that they may not ever consolidate. This could be intended for actual consolidation purposes, possible future consolidation purposes or if left not acted upon could be a clause to make the short crowd

Anything to put it to the shorters has to be a good thing.  They are the bane of the stock-market world.On an aside, being from Alberta I do like the idea of a closed circuit system to extract the oil from oil sands without wastefully  using NG to heat the earth to get oil, however, as I am trying to be optimistic about the test results and the longer it takes the more pessimistic I

 Yeah, I to took a pretty good chunk out on this one as well, for the company to bring this out now, while news should be out shortly, makes me wonder what's up, could the news be good. I guess we will find out soon enough. Does anybody got a time frame?Always DYODD!Sammy.

Looking not very exciting now. Many sellers willing to sell even @0..04. Now i guess the bottom line will be 0.03. This stock has been disapointment for me because i was hoping this is a good story and good management. But the SP keeps falling even further. Invested here last summer @0.035 and @0.045 and now we are backdown to 0.035. This sucks. BID Orders

I agree ... this does suck ... you must concider this is not the only stock that has been beaten up by the markets ... all the commodities are way down the past few months ... take heart it will rise again ... by how much depends on the NR ... that may not be much comfort as I am invested in others with fantastic news and they still fell ... it is just that time of year ... have a nice summer an

 I agree as well, but the over all market took a pounding all week, I am kind of glad we didn't get any news this week, dont think the market would have reacted the way we would have wanted it to anyway. GLTA,Sammy.

I have seen several companies adopt a plan where they have the option to roll back the shares if they deem it is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders. Voting to give them the power to do this does not mean it will happen. The longer the share price stays under 5 cents though the greater the possibility IMHO. Lets hope the news starts to flow. There is a major push for oil these

 Going back to Galena's last NR, news is over do IMHO, was hoping to see some before there meeting on June 22. I agree as well, would rather see a flow of good news to get there share holder value moving up.  Anybody plan on attending that meeting on June 22nd?Sammy.
