Visited the gal folks at PDAC yesterday

Visited the gal folks at PDAC yesterdayAnd I got to see a sample of their lovely jewelry...hand crafted by an Italian jeweler. If you get their brochure you will see that it is all gold and diamonds. And 18K gold. The listing on AIM in the next month or so..has to be done via a connected brokerage in London. The company is about to go into production with the gold mining and is continuing to explore. It will also see over the internet, and it plans to brand its jewelry with a roll out later this year. And they have already test mkted this. Also although there might appear to be a big float, a large majority is held by insiders..so the float available to retail investors is much smaller than it would appear to be. And when it lists on AIM...,likely to shrink further. Some warrants likely will be exercised going into June. and then lets see what happens. This is also interesting to me, because it is an IRISH specific gold mine, and for me anyway,,,a good way to diversify into the euro/irish mkt. It all spoke to me of very, very high quality and very well thought out. And I really like, myself the double spin on not just a gold mining play that is going into production in the next couple of months, actual production, but also because imo this is a great way to get into retail. And of course they have hedged their retail end against a surge in gold prices, by supplying their jewelers with their own gold. I did tell them that I would never have heard of gal, if they hadnt run the promo on STOCKHOUSE, and I am very glad they have. I also spoke to a stockhouse rep, at the Stockhouse booth who said they had in their opinion a quality project, and were very nice people. And having spoken to a couple of the gal snr people...I would concur. If you saw the great gold debate, on Robtv, you will recall that there was a consensus, that yes gold was going up,,,on the part of both parties debating, just the reasons for why this was the case,,,were slightly different. IF you have never gone to the pdac convention, if you have the opportunity,,,it is really, really interesting. I had gone specifically to see the GAL.v booth...plus to get a quick briefing on diamonds..plus a couple of other specific interests.
