amazing volume and SP increase on news of dilution.  I guess this placement is taken as a significant de-risking event and a show of faith that Gal is going to do very well.

Agreed, pps issued are lower than the current price, and warrants are already close to the money...But, .......this will allow them to target the Joshua which will / should  significanty add onces to the bottom line. As long as dilution is smart and adds more value to the company....Then all is well...
