Back to sleep700k shares flipped for a penny is apparently a lot of money to some if the people lurking here. They're making the big bucks. Heck they might even have meat in their dinner tonight, first time this year.
Only two things matter:
1. licensing deal
2. clinical trial
all else is noise. 'Technicals look good' or 'Stock is about to Pop' is a joke.
I could care less if they hired a monkey (or retired lab rat) as long as they execute #1& #2.
So you short this above 24 cents before Aug 21, and you watch out below if there's any hiccup with toxicology news etc, we will be at 14 cents before you can fat finger your sell.
