SOME PEOPLE

SOME PEOPLE JUST CAN'T WAIT TO SELL.  DON'T THEY KNOW THERE'S NEWS RUMOURED, NO MORE PP'S.  ETC... ETC...? Ridonkulous.

PP yes there will be....but will those who sold, (and others looking to get in) be able to do this via a PP?What happens to the share price if everyone is forced to buy on the market?7 days left of tax loss selling.....Once these 7 days are over you are not going to see lower prices (unless we flop in trials).Do your own DD

Do you think its possible that the ask being held at 10.5 is in order to keep the  co.valuation low in order to keep creditors or potential creditors not interested in pulling a trigger for any monies owed, including disgruntled investors seeking restitution etc... and thus buying time to hopefully get a trial or two completed successfully then they pull the rabbit out of the hat and everyone ...more

I don't see any conspiracy at all.  I doubt they want the price low.  This is a microcap biotech.  Notoriously difficult to raise funds at the best of times.  That said, I still like the drug and the test results to date.  Its too bad they have taken so long to advance it.  Only have to look at the history to know why this is at .105 today.  Shareholders have ...more

You explain the Bid side at 10.5 but I am thinking out loud about the Ask side held at 10.5 Also I refer to creditors in general terms not specific, as all co.s owe money all the time under varied circumstances and details.Again I'm not bashing just wondering why.
Comment by SchiffKnowsBest on Dec 16, 2010 10:18am
You are reading way too much into this. Our creditors are limited to non-existent....We owe Stormont some money and that's about it.That's the good thing about when a deal is finally struck....there aren't huge bills to pay off to take from it....That's what the PPs have been used for.Tax loss selling is coming to an end....As was mentioned, who is making money selling at these ...more

Schiff, I agree with everything you've said but my optimism is defnitely waning here. The problem isn't the science its management.I'm a product management guy and "back in the day" when you took a product to market you always sold the first few at a lower price. Your intention was to sell the product multiple times so not making as much money on the first ...more

100% agree with everything you had to say Brightbulb.  This will be a package deal.  Either after phase I, or after phase II.  You used a great analogy about product management.Based on the information GAP has collected thus far (really take a look at that), the amount of risk involved in getting approved for trials, and getting through phase I isn't as significant as some may ...more

Thanks Schiff for answering whether Martin was still with Pharmagap. Now on to my next question. Is this the same Martin Tremblay that used to run Dominion Investments?
Comment by Mexicanelephant on Dec 17, 2010 8:17am
oh baloneymartins name was removed from the website and the news releases and you know itpreviously his name was on the website and news releasesif thats your definition of same you must still think you can buy gold for $35Here's one of my definitions: Stockhouse, the biggest online collection of single celled amoeba on the planet. NIce place to visit, too bad about the quality of conversation

So whats your point about Stockhouse having the biggest collection, wheres the next size collection? Almost biggest etc... I see these collections everyday, they run the country, city, etc...world leaders and their troops,The United Nations, OPEC, CNN, Italian Govt (all 50 of them in last 40 years) So do you get my point, Its everywhere, the trick is to try to be the  best at what ...more

He's still in the same role of IR within the company....That's all I stated.  Yes I do think Bob wants more of the inquiries to come his way ,and that's why I think Martin isn't on the news releases any more, but that's still speculation on my part, as I don't know.  You have a right to your own opinion, and I have always stated that I fully respect someone who ...more
