GALAHAD METALS INC.: SHARES FOR SIDEX INTEREST
Galahad Metals Inc., subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, has entered into an agreement with Sidex SEC to pay interest, due on a convertible debenture agreement between Sidex SEC and Galahad, in shares in lieu of cash. The interest due has been calculated to equal the issuance of 89,292 shares valued at 10 cents each.
