Am I correct in assuming that the private placement shares from the deal made last September will become free trading this week? There were 12,938,000 at .07 and .05 per unit .... and then there are 12,938,000 warrants to buy 12,938,000 shares at .10.

Will this affect the market or generate come corporate event?

The securities issued pursuant to the offering are not subject to a 4 month and one (1) day statutory hold period .

 The 12 million shares from the Sept. PP became fully in trade on January 2nd. They were on a four month hold and have been buying and selling for well over a week.The warrants that came with those shares were priced at 10 cents and are now also in the money.SP is holding very strong considering the amount of shares that are in strong profit positions with most having a double here.News
