RED ALERT. GBK will PREVAIL.I understand that it's the strong unanimous feelings of GBK directors that JILIN JIEN is on WRONG LEGAL footing with respect to the issuance of new voting shares. I am told that the agreement clearly states the specific conditions of Voting shares, Class A shares + Class B shares as per SEDAR docs. GBK thinks there is not even a 1 % chance of JJ winning this legal case. GBK says it has many strong OPTIONS to DEFEAT JJ's illegal intentions. GBK has over $5 millions CASH on hand + i don't expect any Canadian Courts to RULE in JJ's favour. This is CANADA + JJ will be forced to abide by CAN GOVT LAWS + JURISDICTION.
