GOLDBROOK COMMENCES ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS AGAINST JILIN JIEN
Goldbrook Ventures Inc. has commenced arbitration proceedings, furtherto its news release in Stockwatch on Sept. 21, 2010, against Jilin JienNickel Industry Co. Ltd. and its affiliates in respect of Jilin Jien'spurported issuance of voting common shares of Jien Canada Mining Ltd.that would reduce Goldbrook's percentage of voting shares, andconsequently Goldbrook's interest in the Nunavik nickel project, from25 per cent to 4.21 per cent. Goldbrook is seeking remedies, includingdeclarations that the share issuance violated the terms of theshareholder agreement between the parties and that Goldbrook continuesto hold 25 per cent of the voting shares of Jien Canada.
