Looking at an intra-day chart it appears that some had the news by ~ 2:05 EDT.  I rec'd it from Marketwire time stamped at 3:00 EDT.

Clearly, I need to find a source that gets it to my inbox quicker.

Agree that it is more good news. Wonder if that wraps up the renegotiations.
