The Great Immaculate DeceptionHow do you find your way out of a forest?
The very few readers here that follow my posts, already know my answer.
For many reasons, that I have discussed before, believe it or not, the vast majority of people
just go randomly about it, banging into one tree after another in a vain but unshaken belief that
sooner or later after getting lost many times, they will eventually find their way out.
Do they really care? They say they do, but what the heck, time is on their side, they have lots of it,
and besides, the forest can be a beautiful place with lots of great scenery and lots of 'friendly'
company.
People like and desire, in general, the status quo. They may not readily admit it, but their actions
speak for themselves. They want a way out, but not desperately enough---they have lots of excuses,
the main one I believe is that they are far too busy, and surely someone else will magically show them
the way.
Like in Gone with the Wind, Scarlet just keeps puting things off and off----tomorrow, tomorrow---believing
wrongfully that she or someone will just wave a magic wand, and things will turn out the way she
wants and dreams---she will get what she wants anyways, and IRONICALLY in the end, she gets
exactly what she deserves!
Governments, I believe, know this tragical human trait. They know that their populous basically
lives for the present, has a very short and convenient memory, and has a proven penchant for
forgetting history, unless of course it is to their advantage and it is "their proud history", shoved down their throats
constantly in school from an early age. In general, they don't really know other nations' history and forget
that "the victors over time manipulate and change what actually happened."
Ever heard of that before---yeah us!!! Don't scoff at this---it's true. The world revolves around us, we are right,
and that is what people want to hear!
Back to the forest-----
In my opinion, the home town government----especially in the USA-----wants desperately to keep their
unexpecting citizens happy and 'safe' in the probverbable FOREST.
To do this is very easy. All they have to do is keep constantly planting MORE TREES. This has the desired
result of making the forest bigger and bigger----denser and denser----and more confusing than ever for
their citizens to eventually find their way out.
THE ANSWER, as I have told you before, is in fact VERY, VERY SIMPLE.
Take a TIME OUT-----NOW----stop, look around, find the tallest tree, climb it up to the top----and just
look around. You will very quickly SEE the fastest and most efficient WAY OUT of the "maise" of the
trees. In other words----stop and with a clear head, think for yourself. DON'T wait and want to be
"SPOON FED" by deceiving others. If you don't do this, YOU may never find your way out---UNTIL it is
too late!
Now this sounds very easy to do. In fact, IT IS MOST HARD and DIFICULT to ACTUALLY DO.
Is everyone a scared of heights? And by the way, a caveat, should you climb down, go on your merry
way, but forget the way out, or doubt yourself-----repeat my procedure again---and refresh and fortify
your memory.
NOTE: You should do this at least once a month----but once a week is highly recommended!!!
My article, (can I dare use the the lofty noun "essay"---nah, didn't think so) could more appropriatly
be titled: "The Great North American Tragedy by Deflection"!!!

All of the above being said, I too found myself, easily caught up in the "forest trap". Guilty AGAIN---DARN IT!!!
After re-reading my lousy attempt at humour, regarding the situation in Greece---it finally STRUCK ME
that I too had been lulled to sleep, and deflected from the TRUTH!!!
Governments are DECEPTIVE!!!
You may NOT agree with me, or may not want to agree with me---I have a tendency to out-think and
over extrapolate myself-----but please, at least bounce this (original?) thesis/ idea around the forest.
Here I GO----
Go back in time and ask yousellf WHY nearly ALL the European Countries, basically, REALLY formed the
European Common Union (if that's the correct terminology) IN THE FIRST PLACE?
The answer was to form ONE BIG COUNTRY, which would then have, by dfeinition, the LARGEST
domestic built-in market place POSSIBLE!! Why?---so that they as one HUGE nation---could effectively
compete on a "common ground and equal basis" with the ALMIGHTY USA marketplace.
A very sound, logical, and noble idea to solve all of their worsening economic woes! This was not a
sudden and new original idea----it had been around for many years. The European people all realized
that this was an excellent idea----BUT---due to individual (and cultivated by governments) NATIONAL
PRIDE, and each nation's government's desire NOT to lose absolute control over their own 'small'
country!! Yes a good idea---brilliant---but they could never agree on how to organize and get it done,
especially with all of their history and bitter wars against each other fostering mistrust and even hatred
towards each other. To make such a sensible UNION would mean "forgive all of the past" and start
merrily all over again! At first totally unthinkable and unacceptable. But realism finally sank in for the
good of all----think survival---and it DID happen.
It was actually a BETTER IDEA than actually expected---and the right move---because the resultant
protected marketplace populace became NOT only equal to that of the USA, but MUCH, MUCH larger
than that of the whole USA!!!! BY FAR! The bigger, the better.
And where did this plan originate from, the proven BLUE PRINT?---proven again and over time and
getting overbearingly worse???
You "got it Pontiac"-----the good old USA itself!!! The masterplan.
Ever hear of the phrase: "divide and conquer"? That's what Europe had unknownly done to themselves
over a long and painful history. The USA had become the truely DOMINANT WORLD POWER by doing
just the exact opposite than Europe----who finally woke up to that fact, and had to correct it----OR ELSE!!!
The USA was completely happy with the previous status quo---being the biggest and best. Unfortunately,
through aragance and drunk with power, they proceeded to rub the noses of the separate European countries
in it---and bragged constantly and loudly----especially with their actions!
Holy Smokers---unbelievable----the European Countries finally woke up BIG TIME! The USA probably
NEVER thought it would happen.
Re the blue print----think about it, the name same it all: The UNITED STATES of America.
Hey----too bad---fair is fair---isn't it?
And WOW, what was the protectionist re-action of the US? Predictable enough---how do we reclaim the
our dominance and power, by being the BIGGEST?
Very easy----change their policy towards their weaker. "cling-on" countries in the AmericaS----and create a total
America Common Union. To be more "politically acceptable" to their own citizens and their far inferior and
weaker "sisters"------let's do it under the name of a "FREE TRADE AGREEMENT" at least to start with anyway.
How could the other American "third world" countries refuse? After all, was NOT the bigger threat NOW
the European Common Union??? Darn R I I I G H T!!!
However it hasn't really truthfully and litterally happened----has it now? National Pride wise, it's much
harder to accomplish than the USA thought. Victory Europe!
Side note---a trend? Ever hear of the Caribbean Common Union----or a proposed African Common Union?
So what does the USA do now? They can't just out-right BUY land masses---read countries---like Canada,
Mexico, Brazil, Argentina etc.-----as has been their proven, over and over, strategy in the past------proof?---
try the Louisanna Purchase, Alaska purchase etc.
What about "annextation"? Or by WAR? NAH---politically unacceptable and too expensive!!!
So, again, what do you, as the USA do? Hope for and FOSTER, by ANY means possible, the complete
DOWNFALL of the European Common Union----so that it goes back to the old status quo of keep the small
small, and smaller apart!!!
"It worked" with the USSR didn't it? It worked with the "war against Communism"----woops----or DID IT?
Ever heard of CHINA? Whatless North Korea? Should/can I say it? Their victory over Vietnam? (sorry)
You I think get the picture.
So NOW, the point behind "The Immaculate Deception" or better described---DEFLECTION. GREECE!!!
Point out, in any way possible, foster, and over build up the situation there----so that we can conclude
perhaps and predict THE UPCOMING FAILURE of the ECU and the downfall of the threaning, hated idea
of a successful EURO CURRENYY!!! And combined Massive Market.
It's good for the US Dollar---fiat monies, and also good if the price of Gold goes DOWN---which is priced in
surprise, surprise---US Dollars. The World`s trustede Currency.
A GREAT DEFLECTION----make it front and centre----to HIDE, and "put on the back burner" their own,
USA,'s, far many more, and FAR FAR BIGGER domestic and international problems---including
debt, socialism, and MORE MASSIVE inflation!!! Think alone of the US internat bail-outs-----
almost bankrupt States, housing crisis, liquidity crisis, bank bailouts, financial institutional bailouts---
should I go on and on further?
It also buys the USA time, increases public & comsumer confidence (like unleashing the strategic,
critical millions and millions of gallons/barrels of gas to bring down the unacceptable high prices,
which filter out through the whole economy, and surprise, surprise, right before, be proud and
celebrate, the 4th. of July National long weekend-----yep, I believe a desperate stop gap, "knee jerk"
re-action which is mearly tempory (check-out the rising again prices at the gas station pumps).
Back to Greece, and really debate this and think clearly.
Truthfully, isn't the Bail-Out to Greece, even including the forthcoming admitted second one, greater one,
which will come in a few short months, ACTUALLY, in comparision to the the SHEAR SIZE of the
European Common Union (ECU) and the total amount of money, population, and power overall,
MUCH, MUCH, FAR MUCH smaller relative to, and compared to the USA's debt, rising debt, and
money problems to the US? By, comparison, which is MORE SEVERE and SCARRIER and PRESSING and
BIGGER and Most DEVASTATING, far-reaching??? ETC. ETC.
So reflect and ask yourself again, in this light, IS IT NOT a big orchastrated DEFLECTION by the USA?
And is it not in the IMMEDIATE best interests of the USA, especially their Government to over
SENSATIONALIZE it, and spread fear elsewhere? Is it NOT exactly what the passive and proud
(rightfully so by the way) US citizens WANT TO BELIEVE-----remember, as someone once said:
"There are only two types of people in this World----Americans----and those who want to be Americans"!!!
Or more in Barn Breath's layman comics terms: "What's good for General Bullmoose, is good for the USA!!!"
Don't get me wrong----perhaps I'm being too hard on the US citiizenary? I do also believe that many of
us Canadians, Mexicans, South Americans etc. feel the same way about the Greek and Euro situation.
I say go climb the nearest tree, look, and think about it for yourselves.

P.S. Don`t be afraid of hights. Don`t ``bark-up the wrong tree``.
Forget the short term, and all of the ``guff``----it is all good for the price of Gold and hence such good
exploration companies like GCU----in the mid and long run.

They are between all of the TOOS and FORES.
