Geospot,

Thanks for the reasoned response, that wasn't so hard.  I do understand how troll's, bashers and shorts can make one suspect of questions that may be hard to answer or portrays a company in a bad light.

I completely agree that GCU is posting magnificent drill results.  As you have said management is top notch for sure and this bodes well for the future.

This company has a lot going for it and I agree it is very under priced.   So having listed a few outstanding points on why to own GCU, my asking questions about the permitting were honest and valid.  My question still was not answered other than to say it was a red herring.

It serves no one to side step issues that may be uncomfortable.  Honesty and openess is the best policy.

Asking these questions are not out of line because this is not childs play and we are dealing in real money here.  i don't have money to burn, play with or waste.  We already have to deal with a sector that is the highest beta for volatility in the market as well as manipulated to the hilt.

Personally I would like to see a group of smart people willing to discuss any negatives and positives that may affect the company going forward.  Nothing should be off the table as it relates to honest dialog as long as it is material to our investments.

I'm not looking for blind followers, cheer leaders waving pom pom's for CGU or any other such nonsense.  All I want is a integrity driven dialog that is centered around the fact's, that's all.

Respectfully

Vortex
