Has this been publicly known? So far i have only known about a "good relationship", but that First Nation has been involved in the process, to eliminate later conflicts, i had no clue. Very often big problems could have been solved with quite minor changes, if things would have been solved prior. I'm very impressed.

I thought it was only the usual hot air, but now i also understand, why Fierro also mentioned the good relationship with First Nation when he took office.
