RE: RE: News.... I don't see the options grant as the reason for the downward price movement. The price moved up in late September 2012 and options were granted at 1.64 on September 27th. Management appears to be taking advantage of a market opportunity in granting .86 options, in a sense averaging down the price but I don't think they are behind the price drop.
