Watching I have been watching this all morning. Thought I did a great job at getting some for 46 cents. Since then I have noticed it will sit for about 10 minutes without a trade then there will be an uptick. Right after a small block will be sold to negate the gain. It is obvious manipulation but why all the work and money to keep it here when total transactions add up to about 250,000 dollars.
