Its always a trade off between strip ratio and ounces. Due to the fact that mining costs are pretty high (7,1$/tonne) the probably have chosen a pretty low strip ratio and have taken a loss in ounces.

Anyway, the numbers are not bad except that the mining costs are pretty high and recovery is not good as well.
