RE: Perverse LOGIC

RE: Perverse LOGIC

I'm quite glad, that GCU is not in the first league of buyouts now. Look how cheap RR got bought. Do you want a 40-50% premium of the current SP? I don't want to be bought out for less than 1,50.

And IMO there are several reasons why GCU is currently not valued higher:

1. There is no hurry or pressure, but they need to raise capital sometime. Either by going to the market or by selling the Malawi rare earth project. Do you want to that it is sold at extreme depressed prices? I don't want that! Contrary to GCU RR has 100 M$ in cash.

2. We only have a PEA.

3. There is still lots of permitting work to be done.

IMO now is not the time to be impatient and blame management. Did you look at the market in the last year? We have a good - very good PEA from maybe the most respected company in that field (SRK), we have one of the most successful managements of any exploration company out there.

So be patient and give them time!

Additionally now is not the time for juniors to waste precious bullets. IMO it's much better better to wait, until the market has bottomed. This is an extremely heavy cyclical bear market and it's about to survive and prepare for the time, it will end.

And it is the highest risk market in the world. Junior mining. Single days can have easily a volatility that other markets see in a whole year.

If you can't stand the heat, then don't go into the kitchen.
