Could be a PP, but PPs are usually simply announced after the trading day and do not require a halt. Given the stock is halted pending news, the longer the delay in the news, the less likely it is a PP, and the more likely something else has happened that could be more interesting for shareholders. The deposit is good and given the price of gold in Canadian dollars I would think the deposit would be very attractive.
