FFFF in the deal puts a value of 35 cents or 56 mil. on GCU. H-ll, it's not the value FF gives us , but the market. This is not a cash deal where we are insulated from everyday market reactions. The market has never given Gold Canyon's non gold properties any value; so the obvious question is how much value will the market now give the spin off... New Gold Canyon? I would have sooner seen a straight buyout...jmo
