Canadian Insider.Insider buying activity

Reported today for GCU are the following buys

   Feb 28th................Sheldon........75,000 shares @ $2.08 and

  Feb 28 & 29th...Conrad Alfred Pinette.....50,000 shares at prices from 1.99 to 2.12

Does anyone know who Pinette is (just curiosity)?

fyi . . . Conrad Pinette Chairman, Director Conrad Pinette is President of Condor Holdings Ltd., a private investment company. Mr. Pinette attended the University of British Columbia where he specialized in forestry.
