Its on Part Six 09.27.12 6:40, nothing new, BC doesn't own GCU, great resource, some issues as with any resource e.g. under a lake permits and United Nations agreement.

Cofferdams have been used in the Diavik Diamond mine NWT where the water was 30 metres in depth and in Sask. uranium mines. It is my understanding that Cofferdams are not geotechnically or financially onerous. It was not clear from BC's comments that he fully understands the "issues" at play with GCU.
