Price on news

There has been good news before and it hasn't done alot to the price. May I ask why you believe it will now? That always confused me. I thought good news would make something happen but I haven't see that here much.Curious....

You have to learn to trade the spikes cause you can almost guarantee that this will be sold off right after a spike in the share price. The chart shows that very clearly
