Gold Canyon has cash reserves of more than (Cdn)$10 million, considered to be sufficient to fund current operations through the short to medium term without the immediate need to raise more capital. This i liked most in the news release. There's no need to rush in raising money. Enough cash for the geotechnical drilling results, permitting of the road and powerline. A good PEA should deliver ...more

Great to have cash but remember the "markets" have actually recovered to 08 levels; I assume your talking about gold and silver markets where the commodity prices are actually pretty high. I have gotten killed waiting for this segment to recover. I bought osk last week thinking a nibble would be good but nay. And they produce the bars. Pg I also hold and bought recently and they have ...more

For truth the best investment I have made to date was to buy silver bars and coins ten years ago. Too bad not enough, Is it legal to melt down pennies for copper? If so there was the move misssed.

Kodiak?????? How can you compare a company with a 5 mil. oz compliant resource with people who sold a pipe dream? Ah the Golden Mile. Geralton Beardmore. The biggest thing since the Klondike, Except with with little Paris Hilton chihuahuas  instead of sled dogs. Reinvent themselves? More like change the company name to protect the "innocent." I got into that thing on momentum ...more

GEO, my man, you said it Perfectly. Yes, I agree 100%. Any reasonable investor doing his DD has to see the light that this resource is beyond undervalued. When I first took position in GCU, it was a toss up between this and KAM. I still can't believe KAM is trading higher than GCU. I do know this that in time, we will rise with the overall Gold equity market and when we do, this will catapult ...more

I guess loosing money makes folks testy.I In the same boat but not in Canada is Vtr Volta. Yup Africa but in a reletively ok state and under sand not water. It pays for that risk by sp and trades at 40 cents. It doesn't need to fight the natives about screwing up their land tho. All I am saying is these stocks are all getting kicked in the peas and no matter how cashed up you are the gold isnt ...more

Funny you mentions VTR since GCU and VTR is the two companies i recently made my biggest holdings. Valuation of VTR is even more stupid than GCU's, almost 14Moz AUeq in two projects, you could get it for under 40M($3/AUeq) when the treasury is removed from mcap.
