Chart saying .40 - .50
You can see a pennant forming, RSI slightly over bought but has more room upside. Lots of support .25-.30 range. Low volume and still moving up. All good signs. Yes MACD going north . Not much resistance after .50. Time will tell. jmo. glta.

If we break down from here looks like I was wrong. Just my opinion anyway. Have not given up yet.
