When will FF shares be issues
So whats the transaction complete date when GCU shareholders are given FF shares and that other stuf in the news release?

@woundedknee I'm not. I really dont know what it means that GCU holders will get one common share for every GCU share held. Lets say a person holds X number of GCU shares. Is he getting X number of FF shares on top of what he already owns at GCU? o tht person ends up with x of GCU and X of FF?
