Merger with FF.vn
GCU.vn is completely undervalued here trading at 20 cents. FF.vn is currently 33 cents and shares are exchanged 1 for 1. This deal is not contingent on financing which makes the deal a very high probability of going through. FF.vn recently took over COD.vn, the shareholders voted 99.57% in favour of the deal! This is because the CEO of FF.vn has a proven track record. Keith Neumeyer has takenFirst Quantum Minerals Ltd one of the biggest copper producers, and First Majestic Silver Corp one of the biggest silver producers to where they are today. With FF.vn the strategy is simple, buy up assets for pennies on the dollar and sit on them. Once the market turns around they will either sell them or partner up with other companies through JV. This strategy is very low risk and once the dust settles will turn out to be highly profitable.
Now as for GCU, you can get this future investment for as of right now a 39% less than market value, I highly suggest you do your DD on this play and come to the conclusion I have.
A screeming buy!
good luck to all of the longs!

Goldmemb, why should we, GCU shareholders, give up 50 % of our assets, to be in exactly the same position as we are in now, which is waiting for anothe co. to jv ? DEAL IS A BAD JOKE
