The 1 GCU for the one FF-is the important part-the newco is going to be a .05 spin-off-which is still better than nothing-but a .24 GCU for a ,34 FF-is greattttttttt

.05 spin off goldman17 ? .03333 of .34 = .01 Thus the newco is not going to be a .05 ( 5 cent ) spin off, it's a one cent spin off ... to keep Akiko happy possibly; doesn't do much else
