Amazing nobody is saying or speculating on the halt event

Please add your know-how on this development.  I have no clue what do GCU and the other one have up their sleeves.  I don't know who requested the halt.  On the downside, it could even be IIROC shutting down the trading because of some forms these companies didn't file.

I find it very curious that FF is allowed to trade when all three companies are closely related.  My best guess is the halt is due to some administrative reason.  The 3 cent rise in FF sp maybe an isolated rise, a rebound on a middling volume.

ya I thought FF would be halted also but who knows if thats necessary... perhaps FF gets walked up over 40 for when our shres become free trading .. without the pressure of these plays FF has more liberty to move... Im ok with FF going up now as long as this doesnt get held up too long.. I have all my eggs in one basket with truckloads of this play...

The rules for Trading Halt say that usually there are two reasons for halt. 1. A company development that may have significant effect on sp. These halts are resolved without hours. 2. Trading halts of this nature are typically longer as the ...more

Sorry, there are some typos. In 1. I meant "...halts are resolved within hours " not "...... .... without hours. " And in the closing line, it should be "delisting" instead "delisted"

pullsee7, Would go along with your #3, i.e. GCU and PKL are being digested by FF, since they have been halted for 3 days (12 November 2015 at 4:47pm and 4:40pm respectively). Note: FF is still trading @ $0.38/s. Another indication: The price of GCU in my TDWaterHouse holdings is now set at ZERO. However, the FF shares and the GCU newco shares have not yet appeared in the account. Hopefully, soon? ...more

Goldhunter, agreed that GCU and PKL are reincarnating at this time, BUT this radio silence on the part of all companies is most unusual and unfair to the little shareholders. Why why, why would they not let us in. Knock, knock, knock......

looking forward to a return of 50............... will be a sweet profit......  I cant see how FF wont maintain a higher shre price to showing the market GCU joining the umbrella paid dividends and when other companies join the umbrella it will pay greater dividends.. and when Gold pops we will all be thrilled to be riding a 10bagger.. It was a 10bagger years ago that got me into this game and ...more
