And after they destroyed the shareprice by diluting you, they then hire redcloud or whoever to try and 
help with the shareprice, and of course, most times they fail.

So they destroyed the shareprice by not having the skills to raise money other than diluting you, then they hire a company to help the stop of the destructon of the share price they caused, then next they do a share consolidation.

What does all that spell ? Bad management who destroyed the company and is left with a bag in their hand, and a terrible shareprice.

Not only can they not raise anymore money at this price without diluting you by 10x, they are also in 
the process of destroying the company itself.

Good job at looking out after the shareholders interests Good Natured, and because of your lack of 
forthought, you have also destroyed the company,
