I don't think GDNP can be sold as a whole but piece by piece at bargain price cause bank and debt collectors won't waste their time to negotiate for a better deal. It is same thing for banks

What would happen if they couldn't, will they be able to sell their company, so that the shareholders could make something out of it?

Very easy to answer : they simply don't work and their sales people must spend all their time on the golf course. I had people like that in my company and I fired them. It's difficult for GDNP

Do they still own that plastic business from Arizona? If so, why aren't they selling it ? Also, they brought in this Mark Munford to the B.O.D. What the hell did he do to fix the problem?

How much was management paying itself. Through shares or cash, while all of this happened. Think of everything else after.
