Why am I positive on these guys
Originally, when I started buying in, it was a bull market and looking back, I realize I was very speculative and lost a lot on it as I entered at around 0.35-0.50 and now it is down to 0.09
I have picked up a lot more at these lower prices but this time I have a good reason for it. Operating cashflow is finally turning positive and with such a low valuation, value is already at 10x Operating Cash Flow before Investment CapEx.
It looks like they are finally wising up and tightening expenses. Given the large revenue, there should be good potential for expense management to add more before going back to expansion.
Yes! There is still a lot of risk and this is still a speculative grade investment. But I am positive that this is at a price close to bottom.
