Here's a quick synopsis with a couple of older links for background. 

GDNP started out as Solegear Bioplastics. 

In 2015 the founder of the company stepped aside and Paul Antoniadis became interim CEO

The  broader market started noticing GDNP in the fall of 2020 and lately the CEO Paul Antoniadis has been very out front doing several interviews and virtual conferences to explain the growth strategy and long term vision for the company.
