What I don't understand is management's willingness to accept $0.40 as the price for any new share issuance, really shows a lack of confidence in their own stock. And then adding to this, they add warrants to these arrangements that further keeps the share price range bound. Crazy thing, it was only a couple months ago that they made an arrangement that their actual employees can purchase shares at around $.66 I believe; those that took on the offer most be livid right now too.
