RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Having Mumford on BOD

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Having Mumford on BODWe know Mumford participated in the $0.14 financing, and likely the $0.40 financing - but where did all the other shares come from that he owns?  He likely was buying on the open market long before $0.40 - when and for how much is anyone's guess, but I suspect is average price is possibly north of $0.40.  Keeping in mind a lot of warrants will expire worthless unless the share price really starts to rock.

I'm cautiously optimistic that he can inject a new sense of urgency to the business and also use his business experience to make an overall improvement.

My average is $0.50 - I'm not terribly hopeful I'll break even here, but I'm more than willing to be pleasantly suprised, and at this point, even $0.30 sounds really good.
