Per investor presentation, share outstanding is 279,040,427 and fuly diluted is 367,724,514. If they want to grow by acquisitions, how much more shares they can issue? Especially at 0.10 cents.
Any new acquisitions, would have to use more cash or some other creative methods of financing.
Yes there is the Well Fargo credit line but realistically, how much more borrowing can they sustain?
Hard to understand how the company kept diluting investors at lower and lower levels. The result is that at low prices, GDNP becomes in a bind on how many shares it can issue. Unless it does not care about the total number of share outstanding it eventually has.
They need to do something to get out of this bind. Want to see them succeed but the current situation is totally self-inflicted. Ball is in their court to get out of this bind.
