The 20 million share dilution will not be good short term though. I don't understand how a company can dilute without using a VWAP of some sort yet decides to give a discount to trading price like that.

Negatives aside....I think this was a great aquisition financially. Let`s hope the 20 mil was a small price to pay in order to get the deal done. IMO
