Looks like.something  just broke LOL. Not sure the rational of a PP like this but when this company does get.sold it will probably be irrelevant

Why this move now? Maybe this PP is more about attracting committed investors as it sure has not been happening on the retail side...

All part of cleaning up the balance sheet.  Pay down debt, reduce costs.  You can see them setting up for a sale here.  It's coming.  Everything as predicted at this point.

Nothing to do with clearing up BS. The PP was probably to raise cash for all the cost reductions. Ie severance etc and they didn't want to touch existing cash. That would make sense.

Makes total sense. The least thing they want to do now is go into more debt. They are cleaning up the BS so increasing LOC would make zero sense.
Comment by ARIMA11 on Feb 19, 2024 7:38pm
Using the LOC make sense if you believe your shares are worth more than 6 cents! Do you? LOC are used to manage debt. If you love the dilution than not using LOC make sense .You love dilution? Again, with the over allotment there is a possibility of 50M shares. At 279,039,713 the dilution is 18% (50M) of the share count. You also looking at warrants at 0.08 cents (33-50M). That make sense to you? ...more
