RE: RE: RE: Possible Close and sale of GDW?? With out a doubt in anyone's mind " Gold World Resources" as a company is in perhaps the most serious trouble a Junior mining company can get in. However, despite this situation the ' Mount Anderson" property claim itself has had nothing but positive news associated with it over any of the exploritory work carried out by GDW. GDW at this point looks like it is simply going to be delisted and likely declare bankruptcy. But I am willing to bet there is a Mining Company out there right at this moment in time ready to pick the bones of GDW and you will see the Mount Anderson project go ahead. Investors are just going to have to wait a bit longer to see how this whole matter plays out. As for Mr. Ping Chan I don't see anything in his resume that would indicate he had the Financial Resources or Access to any Financial Resouces that could pull GDW out of the mess it is in at this time.
