SMART PATH... Does it make sense juniors comparing graphite based on,
Lump, Large Flake, Med flake etc...?
Strutting a 98%, 99% carbon content but dismissing the actual purity content ?
Grading a graphite 20% but with 12% carbon content ?
What do you think comprises the remaining 8% of the graphite ?
Fe, Aluminum, Vanadium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Titanium, etc....
Those impuritie if oxide could be inhibiting the conductivity of the, carbon.
Remember ?
Removing oxygen from carbon ACTIVATES the carbon or ENABLES carbon to
= CONDUCT
It's why i'm a fan of,
Milling
Separating minerals in graphite
Then once purified, reconstructing each so they work in harmony.
= maximizing the conductivity.
Pull carbon out Heat to remove O2
= 100% conductive ( Activated Carbon = Commands big bucks )
Remove Aluminum - purify.
MAKE CELLS... FILMS or CHIPS
- activated carbon + aluminum fabricating diff patentable ratios
- carbon just on own ( activated )
- silicon jacket as insulator or... no insulator for chips.
Any junior doing this would be light years ahead of the peer pact.
High quality product vs pushing sized flakes with impurities but fronting carbon
Quick format ?
Taking your pure activated carbon and pure aluminum ( melting each together )
= Aluminum Carbide ( 2 powerful conducting material that are compatable )
= make thin chips, smear coatings, sauder, films, sheets, plates, any size, shape.
= double bill conductive. 4 aluminum 3 carbons
= add a pinch of boron ( you have your very own ) designer formula
Remember... powerlines use aluminum carbide.
Wink
Graphite deposits possess the important ingredients.
Juniors who separate and purify each usable with in, then reconstructs
using ultra purified forms would be light years ahead of the pact.
Cheers....
