SILICON CHIP MANUFACTURING ( video )

- time consuming
- could be stresmlined using graphite

   Broadstroke Overview
- purifying silicon metal ( special furnace ) Si metal has to be ultra pure
- silicon dioxide as wafer backing  ( glass )  ( there's the SiO2 showing up again )
- top layer silicon metal
- etching ( laser cutting to accommodate circuitry )
- polishing
- another round of, etching
- cleaning
- fitment of circuitry
- proprietory trade secrets
- finished wafer chip with circuitry - 3 - 4 months

How could one manufacture better chip wafers ?
- silicon dioxide base ( glass grounding ) easy
- graphite coating 3D printed layering
- melt for uniformity electron performance ( unifying graphite crystallites )
- 3D printed would build electrode base for power
- 3D printed build accommodates circuitry etching depths during print ( one step )
- would polishing even be nessisary ?  I dont think it would apply as long as it's smooth
- top coat film to provide insulation / contaminate protection
= might be faster / cheaper / mass production

Keep in mind,
the silicon metal atop the silicon dioxide ( glass ) acts as the supplier of, electron energy
for the circuitry.

Graphite would have far superior electron capacity.

If one ran the route of graphene layer ?

At what temperature does carbon turn into graphite ?

At temperatures > 2200 C (3990 F) amorphous or disordered Carbon condenses and reorganizes into the basel planes of Graphite-like structures. Typical commercial Graphitization cycles run to 2450 C (4400 F) to 3,000 C (5400 F).

Another name for graphite / graphene Chips ?
Moissanite chips....  Synthetic style.
Or... diamond chips.

Someone has used diamonds and a high-end Nvidia GPU to build perhaps the world's fastest graphics card ever — but you won't be able to buy it yet

Diamond Foundry used heteroepitaxy
to create single-crystal diamonds on scalable substrates

GEM has diamond experienced staff.
Would be a travesty if junior was left on own to build out their graphite claims.  By 2031 several diamond miners in NWT are closing operations. What a perfect union if these diamond miners transitioned into graphite to produce synthetic moissanite diamonds for the
computer industry ------> in Quebec.

Versus... sell graphitic cons to US whereby,
they take the geaphite and produce silicon electrodes.

What's another name for silicon electrodes ?
Chips, Wafers, Electrodes -------> all conductors.

Cheers....
