Invictus did not lose the financing. Invictus actually said they terminated the financing. This could mean Invictus has found the necessary means to move ahead without financing at all. Perhaps the've sold a large portion of their cannabis supply or slowed production until sales pick up. Time will tell but until then it's better not to twist the news one way or the other.
