Everything indicates that we are nearing the end but at the same time companies on Venture are usually better survivors than cockroaches... I own 1% of the company so I am hoping for a miracle but at the same time I have accepted that my money is gone and I have learned a very expensive lesson

well they have to the end of the month to file their financials and if they don't i believe they have 15 days of grace and still no fin. then they will be suspened and possibly gone forever....which will it be file or suspension?
