GOLDEN FAME RESOURCES CLOSES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Golden Fame ResourcesCorp. has completed a non-brokered private placement raising grossproceeds of approximately $7.1-million through the issuance of22,190,375 units at a price of 32 cents per unit. Each unit consists ofone common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each fullwarrant entitles the holder to purchase, for a period of two yearsfollowing the closing, one additional common share at a price of 52cents per share.
Total finder fees of $411,512 as well as 628,400finder warrants, exercisable into one common share at a price of 42cents for a two-year period, were paid.
All securities described in this news release are subject to a hold period expiring on Oct. 10, 2011.
