  • Earnings from mining operations for the period of $1,980,054.
  • Positive cash flows from operating activities(1), before working capital, of $3,193,312.
  • Mupane had 50 days of production disruption due to restrictions implemented as a result of COVID-19. Despite these restrictions, Mupane produced 5,691 ounces of gold and sold its gold at an average sales price of $1,716 per ounce.
  • Galaxy had 66 days of production disruption due to restrictions implemented as a result of COVID-19. Despite these restrictions, it produced 855 ounces of contained gold in concentrate with final pricing still to be confirmed.

Agreed less downtime but is production still limited? Either way should generate more FCF this Q. With $0.05 warrants expired we can expect another $1.55MMish cash. $0.15 debentures due could be excellerated tomorrow if we close above $0.195 I believe (1.3 * $0.15? for 10 days). My concern is the $6+MM Royalties outstanding to the government that was supposed to be paid off in 2020 ($0.5+MM/month) ...more

I think at these gold prices, even factoring in Covid-related restrictions, Galane can still comfortably settle the Botswana royalties as per the initial agreement. However, as per the last MDA, they seem to be angling to renegotiate with the govt. Probably just to free up extra cash...

I don't see any confirmation of ER tomorrow, based on last years Q3 ER, it won't be released until Monday.
