RE:RE:Strange Game.I have done some research on Goldgroup. It has had more insiders than a Nevada chicken ranch has walkins. Some of the past directors and officers of GGA have impressive CVs, and there have been a series of coups turning over managment. It was once a succesful explorer that was on its way to becoming a mid-tier producer. But since about 2013 it has not been impressive.
Could not help but notice that there is noone on the current board who is a miner or explorer. All are finance people. The current CEO-CFO is only person on the "management" team. He does not appear to hold any shares in GGA and is the CFO of a dozen other insignificant juniors.
Who is the wizard behing the curtain?
Looking at the financials, I just do not get it. I am clearly missing something. I can´t see the justification for unsecured low interest loan and the private placement. The people finaincing clearly have the sence of something that is not common public knowledge.
Is there something big like winning back San Jose de Gracia through NAFTA arbitration? Is there a new resource at Cerro Prieto? they ahve never published drilling results. Are they about to merge with Sonoro and put Cerro Caliche into production? These are just gueses.
Have fun, GLTA
