Garibaldi Resources Corp. is a Canada-based junior exploration company. The Company is focused on creating shareholder value through discoveries and strategic development of its assets in some of the most prolific mining regions in British Columbia and Mexico. The Company owns 100% interests in two non-contiguous properties in Sonora State, Mexico, known as Tonichi and Rodadero. The Otter Creek lode gold prospect consists of approximately 8,704 hectares and is located 12 kms east of Atlin in northwest British Columbia.
