(GBB)(otc pink:GBBFF) ("Gold Bullion") ispleased to announce it has retained the services of SGS Canada Inc. - Geostat("SGS") as an independent consultant to provide technical assistance on itsGranada Property, located along the Cadillac trend in Northwestern Quebec, 5 kmsouth of the city of Rouyn-Noranda. Gold Bullion has decided to replace GENIVARby SGS as geological consultants.
SGS will prepare a compliant NI 43-101 resource estimate followed by thepreparation of Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). The report is expected tobe disclosed in the first quarter of 2012.
