A lot of shareholders are hesitant to sell "too early" for a tax loss so most won't sell as early as December 1st
They generally hold onto the hope that one of thier stocks will recover somwhat before they sell it off later December
A lot more people than you think, use the Venture for TFSA. GBB is exactly this kind of stock. That is a stock that has become extremely undervalued, due to circumstances largely out of their control [Genivar]
Anyhow the fact that I will likely be able to get another $10k in before the 43-101 is out is definetly music to my ears
Finally YES the pay structure, incentives, goals etc have changed significantly
Genivar head office was unwilling to change with our needs so they were canned in favor of somebody who would play by our rules & meet our demands
